Two student-athletes from the Association of Independent Institutions Conference were drafted in the recent 2013 MLB Draft.

California State-San Marcos' James Dykstra was selected in the sixth round by the Chicago White Sox, while Fisher College's Christopher O'Hare was selected in the 23rd round by the Philadelphia Phillies.
