La Sierra (Calif.) and Jamestown (N.D.), both members of the A.I.I. Conference, received votes in the latest poll. La Sierra (12-6) received 6 votes and Jamestown (9-2) 3.
Defending NAIA champion UT-Brownsville collected 22 first-place votes and held the top spot with 653 points, while Concordia (California) was close behind at No. 2 with 632 points. Columbia (Mo.) is ranked No. 3, Biola (Calif.) is No. 4 and Lee (Tenn.) is No. 5.
