Cal State-San Marcos has earned the top seed for the A.I.I. Conference Tournament.
Cal State-San Marcos has earned the top seed for the A.I.I. Conference Tournament.

California State University-San Marcos (21-12) will be the No. 1 seed for the Association of Independent Institutions Volleyball Championships to be played Nov. 9-10 in Mayville, N.D., and hosted by Mayville State University.

Jamestown College (23-6) earned the No. 2 seed in the six-team tournament, followed by Ashford (21-16) at No. 3, La Sierra (20-11) at No. 4, Mayville State (23-13) at no. 5, and Valley city state (14-20) at No. 6.

Pool-play will begin on Friday, Nov. 9 with six games on tap. The semifinals and championship game are set for Saturday. Nov. 10.

7 p.m. - Jamestown vs. Ashford
