Five student-athletes from the Association of Independent Institutions Conference have been selected to the 2014 NAIA Softball All-America teams announced today.


Georgia Gwinnett infielder Cassidy Littlefield was named to the first team, while LSU-Alexandria outfielder Brooke Thomas and University of Houston-Victoria outfielder Rachel Laird were named to the second team. Earning recognition on the honorable mention team were California State San Marcos' Katie Wilkinson and UHV's Shelby Smith.
